Are you looking for a varied task with field service assignments and direct customer contact? Here you will take on responsibility: You deliver payment orders, carry out seizures, and clarify concerns at the counter or on-site. In doing so, you work with various stakeholders and gain exciting insights into legal procedures.

Your tasks

• Serve customers at the counter, telephone, and in the field (debtors, creditors, employers, etc.)
• Deliver payment orders and debt collection certificates
• Announce and execute seizures, both on-site and at the office
• Draft settlements and monitor incoming payments

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Very good oral and written expression in German (C1) and French (at least B2)
• Independent and responsible personality with organizational talent
• Confident appearance and good assertiveness
• Driver's license including car for field service assignments
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
