A project at the heart of French-speaking Swiss schools
The CIIP coordinates education and culture in French-speaking Switzerland, with the support of Ticino, from its General Secretariat in Neuchâtel. With this new collection of MER, it provides teachers and students throughout French-speaking Switzerland with common teaching materials, serving the harmonization of compulsory schooling.

Your missions
In close collaboration with the publishing director, you:

• participate in project planning and establish the schedule for editorial work, keeping tracking tools up to date;
• monitor the budget: participation in its development, respect for the set framework, preparation of financial data useful for decisions;
• draft contracts, agreements, and mandates, and participate in the hiring of publishing service providers;
• coordinate the production of printed material (illustrations, layout, proofreading, delivery of files to the printer) as well as the management of copyright and iconography;
• support the editorial team: work tools, plenary sessions, training seminars, and team dynamics;
• ensure the secretariat of the quality commission and accompany the field-testing of the MER;
• contribute to the communication strategy related to the introduction of the MER.

Your profile
Holding a degree from a higher education institution (university, HES, or HEP) related to publishing, communication, project management, or teaching, or a title or experience deemed equivalent, you are motivated by the design of didactic material. You demonstrate:

• experience in project management, ideally supplemented by specific training;
• experience in an institutional work environment;
• good knowledge of the editorial chain, preferably in school publishing;
• experience in managing cantonal, or even intercantonal, work is an asset;
• knowledge of copyright and contract drafting is an asset.
• a great sense of organization and rigorous respect for deadlines and budgets;
• negotiation skills and a fine reading of political, strategic, and financial stakes;
• great ease with office and planning tools;
• a structured, analytical, and synthetic mind;
• integrity, loyalty, and interpersonal skills;
• flexibility and good resistance to stress.
