For our customer in Rheinfelden, we are looking for an immediate: Operational Buyer (m/f/d) 100%

What awaits you:

• Independent handling of the operational procurement processes
• Creation and dispatch of orders as well as tracking of order confirmations and delivery dates
• Obtaining quotes for new and existing items
• Creation, maintenance and control of item, purchasing and planning data in the ERP system
• Adjustment of planning parameters, for example, procurement times
• Coordination and prioritization of procurement requirements with the purchasing team
• Participation in strategic purchasing goals and monitoring of the agreed key figures in cooperation with strategic purchasing
• Regular exchange with suppliers and internal interfaces

What distinguishes you:

• A completed technical or commercial training or a degree in the field of economics or technology
• At least five years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in industry or mechanical engineering
• Experience in supply chain management as well as understanding of technical components and systems
• Very good German and English skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems, ideally PSIpenta
• An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong organizational talent as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness and a confident appearance in supplier contact
• Teamwork skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in demanding situations
