Completed vocational training in a manual trade (EFZ)
Experience in project management in the construction industry
Further training as Technical School or Commercial School is an advantage
Confident appearance, clear communication and organizational talent
Ability to set priorities, even when many things seem important at the same time
Willingness to take responsibility and to lead at eye level
