Your contribution

• Taking responsibility for the planning and organization of the ICT Warrior Academy courses and advanced training, as well as material, premises, and additional resources
• Planning, executing, and evaluating the selection process for course participants
• Independently developing concepts for organization, courses, and instruction and constantly optimizing them together with the team
• Preparing and conducting planning workshops and translating the resulting findings into concrete measures related to courses and instruction
• Ensuring the conduct of courses, the functioning of the learning platform (Learning Management System) and resource management, coordinating and assisting course leaders and participants
• Developing and conducting your own instructions on methodology, organization, work techniques, and workshop moderation, as well as providing support to the ICT Warrior Academy team in the adoption of agile work methods and innovation

What distinguishes you

• Training as a specialist in corporate organization with a federal vocational certificate or university diploma (University, FH, UAS, HF), ideally in business administration, management information systems, or occupational psychology
• Solid knowledge and experience in corporate organization, project management, theory relating to structures and processes, and organizational optimization
• Experience in recruitment, moderation, and the development of concepts relating to educational courses
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as organizational and communication talent
• Good active knowledge of a second official language
