• Responsibility for the safety management system and the IT strategy
• Strategic and operational management of the SPQ and IT areas
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Advising the executive management on safety- and IT-relevant issues
• Leading the emergency organization in the event of an incident

• Higher technical or business administration education or continuing education
• Several years of experience in the safety management of a railway company
• Leadership and project management experience in a regulated environment
• Analytical, conceptual, and communicative skills
• Additional qualifications in SMS, quality, processes, and IT
