Your main tasks ###

• Interface function and participation in variant development projects for injection systems (autoinjectors)
• Technical leadership of an interdisciplinary team with responsibility for assigned variant products after their commercial launch
• Ensuring the flow of information between the internal team and our B2B customers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry
• Independent support and resolution of various challenges, e.g., technical, quality-related, logistical, or commercial nature
• Coordinating and implementing product changes / optimizations (e.g., Change Control and CAPAs)
• Ensuring the profitability of the products as well as customer satisfaction
• Clarifying customer needs for input in product improvements or new product developments

Your profile ###

• Technical, scientific (engineer) or business administration education (studies, HF)
• Further training in business administration is an advantage with technical or scientific education
• Technical understanding and the will to understand complex technical topics is an advantage with business administration education
• Experience with interdisciplinary tasks / generalist function
• Experience in customer contact and customer care
• Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working and a high degree of independence
• Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage
• Communication skills: Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
