Your tasks: Construction, support and further development of our Modern Workplace solutions (Private Cloud VDI and Multicloud Modern Workplace); Development of new product standards based on customer requirements; Support of our technical project managers in IT projects; Technical implementation of our Private / Multicloud customer projects; 3rd Level Support of our system architectures as well as error analysis of complex problems. What you bring with you: Vocational training or further education in the field of informatics or corresponding professional experience; Experience with Cloud Desktop technologies (Citrix and Horizon); Experience with virtualization technologies and Veeam Backup; Very good knowledge of Windows Servers and Windows Client operating systems; Very good Microsoft Active Directory and group policies; Microsoft M365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Entra, Defender) and Multicloud knowledge; Very good German and good English skills; Independent and structured working as well as analytical skills and teamwork.
