The Transaction Advisory accompanies real estate transactions holistically: We develop strategies for investment and divestment decisions, optimize portfolios and create added value through sound valuations and pricing.

What you will do:
You lead demanding transactions from the first analysis to the closing. In doing so, you accompany your clients holistically - from strategic orientation to detailed implementation
Due to your many years of experience and your strong network to institutional as well as private owners, you independently acquire and accompany new clients and mandates
You recognize opportunities and risks, create sound real estate valuations (income, residual value and DCF methodology) and derive clear recommendations for action from them
With innovative and target group-oriented marketing concepts, you achieve convincing business successes
With your sense for market trends and through the continuous maintenance of your network, you position the Transaction Advisory in a targeted manner - and sustainably expand our market strength
Why you will succeed:
With a degree in BWL, finance, architecture or engineering with further training in the real estate sector, you bring the necessary foundation
With at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of real estate transactions, you are not only excellently familiar with real estate valuations, market analyses and the relevant legal fields, but also bring a resilient customer network
Project and stakeholder management is successful for you even with high workload
Strategic action, clear communication and strong negotiation skills characterize your style - as a team player, you use these for the overall success of the Transaction Advisory
Linguistically you are versatile: German as a native language, business fluent in English. Good French skills are an advantage
