To strengthen our team and create a new position, we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and solution-oriented Marketing and Social Media Specialist / Mediamatiker with sales focus (m/f/d) with a positive basic attitude. Your role:

The planning and implementation of our online marketing strategy are among your main tasks. In addition, the focus is on the optimization of SEO, social media management, content creation, and supporting our referral marketing (multi-level marketing).

Your tasks:

• Development and implementation of online marketing strategies including social media
• Social Media Management: Support and expansion of our channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, own website) with targeted content marketing and storytelling
• Content Creation & SEO: Development of creative content to increase visibility and reach
• Campaign Planning: Control and implementation of marketing campaigns (promotions with and without customer discounts)
• Sales Partner Support: Communication, training, and passing on important information to our direct sales network
• Support and optimization of the naVita online shop regarding SEO/SEA in cooperation with an external agency
• Maintenance and optimization of online content in cooperation with external partners
• Analysis of website traffic and online marketing activities to continuously derive measures for improving performance
• Event Management: Support with meetings, training sessions, and events with sales partners and customers

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in digital marketing and online marketing campaigns
• Knowledge in SEO, SEA, Google Analytics, and social media management
• Confident handling of common social media platforms and digital tools
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms
• Demonstrable success in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Affinity for direct sales and strong communication skills
• Affinity for numbers as well as ideally experience in the area of controlling and reporting
• Excellent communication skills in German; French and Italian are a plus
• Owning a dog or a cat is an advantage – love for animals shapes our corporate culture
