The Legal & Compliance department handles legal issues of all kinds and ensures that the behavior and actions of the Raiffeisen Gruppe comply with internal and external regulations. In a dynamic banking environment, the Raiffeisen Gruppe is exploring new business areas. In this context, the investment business and the Asset Management area are being further expanded.

To strengthen the Legal Products & Solutions team located at Zürich-Flughafen (The Circle) and/or St. Gallen, as well as with home office possibilities, we are looking for an open-minded and committed personality who remains calm and keeps an overview in the face of demanding tasks, starting from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

What awaits you? ##

• Comprehensive legal advice for specialized departments of the Raiffeisen Gruppe, especially in the area of Asset Management
• Collaboration on financial market law topics (especially financial services and other financial products)
• Drafting and negotiation of contracts in connection with Asset Management activities and other related topics
• Participation in the expansion of new business areas as well as interdisciplinary collaboration in regulatory and group-strategic projects

What do you bring with you? ##

• Master's degree in Law from a Swiss university, further legal qualifications (e.g., Swiss attorney patent) are an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer in the relevant areas of responsibility
• Motivation and ability to familiarize yourself with and contribute to new legal fields
• Very good German and English skills are required
