Dipl. Pflegefachperson in family caregiver care (Kanton Solothurn)

You are a nursing professional and enjoy not only providing professional advice to people but also inspiring them to pursue the right support? In this role, you combine your nursing expertise with counseling and communication. You visit families at home, analyze their situation, explain our offer, and accompany them in deciding on the appropriate support.

Your tasks

• You visit clients and their relatives at home and carry out the initial assessment of the care situation
• You listen, ask the right questions, and recognize which support the family truly needs
• You explain our offer in an understandable way and convince relatives of which possibilities are open to them
• You make independent clinical assessments and initiate the next steps
• You ensure the correct preparation of the care order and all care-relevant fundamentals
• You coordinate with Spitex organizations and other partners
• You document your assessments and ensure a clean handover to further nursing care
• You complete your administrative tasks independently from the home office

What you bring with you

• Completed training in nursing at tertiary level (Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH)
• Professional experience in outpatient care / Spitex — you know the environment and know what matters
• Genuine talent for persuasion: You win people over in a sympathetic and trustworthy manner
• Joy in actively winning relatives over for suitable support offers — you take objections in your stride and see them as a challenge
• Strong, structured conversational skills: You get to the point quickly and concisely
• Professional, well-groomed appearance — the first impression counts
• Strong clinical assessment skills and good powers of observation
• Entrepreneurial thinking: You act goal-oriented, decide independently, and take responsibility
• High resilience and flexibility in changing situations
• Confident handling of digital tools
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
