YOUR TASKS

• Management of construction, renovation, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects across all project phases
• Representation of the client towards planners, contractors, and authorities
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of costs, schedules, and quality
• Development of concepts for technical systems and building technology
• Ensuring uninterrupted hospital operations during construction and maintenance measures
• Coordination of internal stakeholders from medicine, nursing, technology, and administration
• Participation in the execution of tenders and procurement processes
• Support in investment, budget, and multi-year planning
• Participation in energy, sustainability, and safety projects
• Documentation and handover of completed projects to operations

YOUR PROFILE

• Basic training in primary or secondary construction trades with further training as a structural draughtsman, construction manager, technician HF, or comparable qualification
• Experience in project management of construction and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of building technology (HVAC, electrical, building automation) is an advantage
• Experience in healthcare or in complex operating environments is desirable
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Negotiation skills and confident appearance towards internal and external partners
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Good knowledge of common Office applications and ideally of project management tools
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
