Business Analyst with Java Development Experience (m/f/d) - Requirements Engineering/IREB/Java/Requirements Analysis/5+ years experience

For a client project, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (925332JP) with IREB certification and a sound background in Java software development. In this role, you will analyze and structure functional requirements and support their translation into actionable IT solutions. Experience in the police environment as well as with Swiss authorities is an advantage.

Tasks:

• Collecting, analyzing, documenting, and validating functional and technical requirements
• Coordinating requirements with specialist departments, stakeholders, and development teams
• Creating and maintaining requirement specifications as a basis for software development
• Assessing technical feasibility by drawing on your experience as a Java Software Engineer
• Ensuring the traceability and quality of requirements as well as accompanying requirement changes

Requirements:

• IREB certification mandatory
• At least five years of total experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer
• At least two assignments as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer within the last five years
• Previous activity as a Java Software Engineer with at least three years of professional experience
• Professional experience in the police environment or with Swiss authorities is an advantage

Languages:

• German native language/business fluent
• Good language skills (B2) in French are mandatory
