As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for the development of mobile products and their market positioning. In close collaboration with various teams, you work on creating innovative B2B solutions. You focus on full lifecycle management and the strategic alignment of service portfolios. Your market knowledge and technological expertise allow you to develop tailor-made solutions that truly make a difference.

• Management and development of the product and service portfolio throughout the lifecycle
• Development and launch of new products, with a particular focus on portable solutions
• Implementation of modern, automated and standardized processes
• Responsibility for all aspects of the product, from vision to commercialization
• Long-term orientation and development of intelligent sourcing and IT Outsourcing services
• Close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Overall commercial and technical responsibility for the product group, including collaboration with sales, marketing and engineering departments
• Use of the technological footprint to attract new customers to Microsoft solutions
• Technical responsibility for Microsoft offerings in the SME environment, focusing on license management and direct collaboration with partners and customers

Your skills

• Degree (ETH/university/HES) in ICT, business management or a similar field
• In-depth knowledge of product management, particularly in the field of Microsoft solutions and technologies, combined with experience in agile product development
• Experience in customer acquisition and success management, ideally with certifications in the field of Microsoft volume licensing
• Experience in project leadership and managing complex service offerings
• Experience in stakeholder management in complex structures and the ability to assert oneself in negotiations
• Strong interest in digital innovations and technological trends, particularly in the SME environment
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented way of working
• Good sense of initiative and determination, combined with a structured way of working
• Residence in Switzerland
• Very good command of German and English; French is an asset
