Your tasks ##

• Answering telephone customer inquiries in the billing environment
• Support with questions regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts
• Arranging installment payments and deferrals according to specifications
• Processing credits, refunds, and offsets
• Carrying out connection suspensions and reinstatements
• Correction or cancellation of invoices if required
• Recognizing customer needs and actively creating added value (e.g., switching to online payment, help with self-care, adjusting payment method, sales)

Our requirements ##

• Experience in customer service, contact center, or a commercial environment is an advantage
• Enjoyment of telephone customer contact
• High customer and service orientation
• Empathic, friendly, and solution-oriented communication
• Interest in finance, invoicing, or payment topics
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Confident handling of IT systems and quick comprehension
• Very good German skills C2
• After training, 2 days home office possibility
• Temporary assignment from now until 31.03.2027
• Working hours: Mon-Sat between 08:00 and 18:00
