Do you want to connect business and IT, actively develop processes and make a difference? In this role, you will take on functional responsibility for the further development of our central loan and mortgage platform and act as an interface between the specialist department, IT and external partners.

In the Finance area, we have the responsible task of controlling and reliably managing the finances and risks of AXA Schweiz. In doing so, we create the basis for strategic business decisions and the future of the company.

For our Asset Management, our external and internal customers are at the center. It focuses on their needs and accelerates as well as simplifies processes to their advantage.

What awaits you

• You analyze, optimize and digitalize loan and mortgage processes and actively contribute your ideas.
• You capture functional requirements, create user stories and solution concepts and accompany their implementation.
• You take over the prioritization and functional support of further developments and releases.
• You plan and conduct functional tests and analyze errors in order to find solutions together with the relevant partners.
• You are the second-level contact person for the IT infrastructure, support functional and technical questions and contribute significantly to ensuring smooth operations.
• You further develop interfaces and data flows and ensure clean documentation.
• You enjoy working in projects and actively contribute to the cooperation with different stakeholders.

What you bring with you

• Experience as a Business Analyst as well as enjoyment of the interface between Business and IT.
• A strong analytical mindset, a structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment of project work.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform / Power Automate and SQL; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in Requirements Engineering, process analysis and testing as well as good technical understanding.
• Very good German and English skills; French skills are a plus.
• Knowledge in the loan or mortgage business is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of working with people and the ability to convey complex topics comprehensibly.
