Do you plan global time zones in your sleep and keep CEOs free from distractions?

For our client - a dynamic, internationally expanding US biotech company - we are looking for high-caliber support at the C-level.

The Mission

In this interim role (2-3 months), you are the operational anchor for the CEO on-site in Basel.

You manage the interfaces to teams in the USA and China.

Your tasks:

• Strategic scheduling and prioritization across time zones (US, Europe, China).
• Organization of board and investor meetings.
• Booking international flight and travel itineraries including expenses.
• Administrative support for the CEO during stays in Basel.
• Close exchange with the global team in China and USA.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Management Assistant at C-level.
• Backgrounds in biotech, pharma, or tech are ideal.
• Business fluent English for daily business with the USA and China.
• Very good German skills.
• Proficient use of MS Office 365, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom.
• Discreet, structured and extremely flexible way of working.
