• Assist the Head of Communication and substitute for them in all respects
• Provide for the conception, development, implementation, and operational management of digital communication (internal and external communication)
• Provide for the conception, coordination, and operational implementation of communication with the stakeholders of the Federal Office for National Economic Supply (UFAE) and National Economic Supply (AEP)
• Direct and coordinate projects, provide advice to hierarchical superiors, collaborate with external partners, and participate in internal and external working groups
• Collaborate in crisis management and participate in the crisis staff meetings of UFAE and AEP, coordinate the flow of information within the scope of crisis communication among all parties involved
• Provide for the drafting of publications and provide support for media inquiries and the organization of events

What distinguishes you

• Master's in communication sciences, desired continuous training in crisis communication or management
• Proven several years of professional experience, preferably in a sector of National Economic Supply
• Excellent knowledge of digital communication channels and tools and excellent knowledge of digital and IT tools (CMS, ESP, Microsoft 365, Adobe)
• Strong ability to quickly develop appropriate communication content, both in terms of form and substance, for different target groups
• Flexibility, autonomy, resilience, service orientation and solution orientation
• Proficiency in one official language, good knowledge of a second official language and English

In summary

The person hired will hold the role of Deputy Head of Communication of the Office and will simultaneously be responsible for digital communication and communication with the stakeholders of the Federal Office for National Economic Supply (UFAE) and National Economic Supply (AEP). They will also be involved in communication activities to manage risks or crises. They will work within the Federal Administration, in convergence with the economy, and will contribute directly to crisis management within the scope of National Economic Supply.
