You lead demanding structural engineering projects in the Zurich region from the start of construction to handover and are responsible for their commercial and technical management.

Tasks

• Leading and realizing demanding structural engineering projects
• Commercial and technical management of the project
• Leading the site managers
• Independent preparation and implementation of supplementary offers
• Resource planning and monitoring of contract management

Profile

• Degree as dipl. Bauingenieur FH, dipl. Baumeister or dipl. Bauführer TS
• Several years of experience in project management in a construction company
• Experience with Swiss standards and in construction contract law
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Assertiveness and enthusiasm for construction
• Business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing
