Head of Inside Sales 100% (all)

Your tasks

• Leadership & Organization: You lead and develop our inside sales team and ensure efficient organization as well as clear processes in daily business.
• Customer Care & Consulting: Together with your team, you ensure professional and solution-oriented support for our international customers, field service employees, and sales partners.
• Sales Process: You are responsible for a smooth process from the customer inquiry through technical and commercial quotation creation to the order confirmation and ensure high quality as well as punctuality.
• Sales Management: You keep an eye on ongoing offers, orders, and sales activities, set priorities, and support your team with demanding customer inquiries and negotiations.
• Interface Management: You work closely with field service, technical, production, purchasing, and management and ensure an efficient flow of information.
• Further Development: You recognize potential for optimization, further develop processes and structures in inside sales, and actively contribute to the further development of our sales organization.

Your profile

• Completed technical, chemical, or commercial training
• Further training in the technical or commercial field is an advantage
• Several years of experience in technical inside sales, preferably in an industrial environment
• Leadership experience or willingness to take the next step into a leadership function
• Experience in the field of fluid technology/chemistry or in the valves or a related industry is an advantage
• Strong customer and sales orientation as well as technical understanding
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills, and an independent, structured way of working
• Enjoyment in leading, promoting employees, and achieving goals together
• Business fluent German and English (at least B2); French or Spanish is an advantage
