The contribution you can make

• Execute procurement projects in the ICT field below the WTO threshold values following the entire source-to-pay process
• Provide support and advice to requesters in procurement planning
• Execute legally secure purchases according to the prescriptions of public procurement legislation
• Represent the CSI-DFGP before external partners on matters related to public procurement
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems and documentation

What distinguishes you

• Commercial or technical training with specialization in the procurement sector
• Knowledge of operational procurement, ideally in public procurement or the IT sector, as well as basic knowledge of business administration
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Proficiency with IT technologies, good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Good knowledge of a second official language

In this function you will handle procurement, from planning to implementation. You will ensure legally secure, efficient and requirement-compliant purchases. You will apply your procurement experience and your proficiency with IT technologies to ensure, together with the team, the constant development of procurement.
