The municipality of Kaiseraugst is a modern service provider for around 6’000 inhabitants. Our administration provides diverse services for the population daily – competent, close to citizens, and solution-oriented.

To strengthen our young, committed Social Services team, we are looking for a motivated personality starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Deputy Department Head including responsibility for sub-areas
• Counseling of individuals and families
• Assessments and mandate management in adult protection and cooperation with the family court
• Case management for economic social assistance according to SKOS and cantonal specifications
• Cooperation with authorities and specialist agencies
• Specific activities in the area of Social Services based on your profile

Your profile

• Degree in Social Work FH
• Leadership experience is an advantage
• Experience in statutory social work and in adult protection is an advantage (experience with KLIBnet)
• Structured, independent way of working
• Empathic, resilient, and team-oriented
• Very good German skills
