• Full substitution and support for the Head of Communication
• Responsible for the conception, development, implementation and operational management of digital communication (internal and external communication)
• Responsible for the conception, coordination and operational implementation of stakeholder communication for the Bundesamt für wirtschaftliche Landesversorgung (BWL) and the Wirtschaftlichen Landesversorgung (WL)
• Management and coordination of projects, advising superiors, collaborating with external partners as well as participating in internal and external working groups
• Participation in crisis management and attendance at the crisis management team meetings of the BWL and the WL as well as coordination of the information flow within the framework of crisis communication between all parties involved
• Responsible for the creation of publications as well as support in answering media inquiries and in the organization of events

What makes you unique

• Master's degree in communication sciences, further training in crisis communication or management is an advantage
• Several years of proven professional experience, preferably in a specialist area of the Wirtschaftlichen Landesversorgung
• Excellent knowledge of digital communication channels and instruments as well as very good knowledge in handling digital tools and software (CMS, ESP, Microsoft 365, Adobe)
• Strong ability to quickly develop communication content in form and substance for different target groups
• Flexibility, independence, resilience, high service and solution orientation
• Very good knowledge of an official language as well as good knowledge of a second official language and English skills

In a nutshell

You are the deputy of the Head of Communication of the office and at the same time responsible for digital communication as well as stakeholder communication for the Bundesamt für wirtschaftliche Landesversorgung (BWL) and the Wirtschaftlichen Landesversorgung (WL). You are also involved in risk and crisis communication. Within the Federal Administration, you work at the interface with the economy and make a direct contribution to managing crises in the economic national supply.
