Your tasks
You evaluate technical connection requests (TAG) and process installation notices (IA) in DigiHIK
Network calculations and their assessment according to DACHCZ (LF/IK) as well as zeroing calculations according to NOVA and Sunshine are part of your area of responsibility
You maintain and update object-related customer and HIK data in SAP S/4HANA and create the corresponding evaluations
For technical questions regarding network connections, you advise our customers competently and in a solution-oriented manner
For the processing of network connections, you work closely with the relevant internal departments such as Measurement, Asset Management, and Project Planning
You carry out technical preliminary clarifications for house and construction site power connections
As a contact person for DigiHIK and SAP IS-U, you support technical questions and participate in the optimization of processes and applications
With your careful way of working, you ensure high data quality and reliable processing of reports
Your profile
You have a basic electrotechnical training, for example in the areas of electrical installation, electrical planning, or network electricity, as well as ideally further training at the level of professional examination, higher professional examination, or technician HF
You have several years of professional experience in the field of electrical systems or in a comparable electrotechnical environment
You have a good understanding of electrical networks and technical connections
You are proficient in using PC applications and have good user knowledge
Knowledge of SAP as well as in network calculation programs such as NEPLAN is an advantage
You work in a structured, careful, and responsible manner and maintain an overview even with different tasks
A strong service orientation as well as enjoyment in working with customers and internal specialist departments characterize you
Very good German skills in speaking and writing round off your profile
