To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Paralegal (m/f/d) for young entrepreneurs (80-100%) who will accompany our customers on their way to self-employment.
Your Tasks
Advising and supporting young entrepreneurs in the founding of their company
Analysis of individual needs and development of tailor-made solutions
Accompanying customers through the entire founding process
Preparation and review of founding documents
Collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize the founding process
Your Profile
Completed training or studies in law (Bachelor/Master/Paralegal) or a comparable field
Experience in advising or supporting startups and young entrepreneurs is an advantage
Strong communication and advisory skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Enjoyment in dealing with people and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship
Very good German and ösisch skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage
