You work in the Property & Casualty field. We offer our Private and Corporate clients a wide range of standard and individual insurance, and legal protection solutions.

What awaits you

• Oral and written advice to our Private and Corporate clientele in real estate law, mainly:
• Tenancy law
• Public and private construction law
• Real rights
• Neighborhood law
• Other contracts in real estate matters
• Resolution of complex legal problems in the aforementioned areas
• Conducting negotiations with policyholders, opposing parties, technical experts, and authorities

What you bring

• University education in Swiss law (MLaw)
• Bar admission, an asset
• Excellent analytical skills, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach
• Flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to manage a large workload
• Enjoyment of contact with clients
• Very good communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Good knowledge of English and/or German, an asset
