In this versatile role, you are responsible for building professional management reporting, analyzing business figures, and identifying potentials to increase profitability. In doing so, you provide important decision-making bases for management and actively contribute to the optimization of business processes and the further development of the department. An important focus of your activities also lies in participating in tenders and creating well-founded offer and economic feasibility calculations. Your tasks * Expansion and further development of professional management reporting for the Partner Market as well as provision of relevant key figures, analyses, and dashboards for business management * Support in tenders for advertising spaces of the public sector as well as national location partners, especially in the analysis of tender requirements and in offer calculation * Identification of offers with weak demand and preparation of corresponding decision-making bases for the Product Management * Further development and optimization of business processes and maintenance of the process landscape in the Partner Market * Revenue and concession estimates for the Head of Finance for the preparation of financial statements and for financial planning processes (forecast, budgeting) * Advising internal stakeholders with meaningful analyses and active contribution to the further development of the Partner Market * Administrative activities for the Head of Partner Market (assistance with presentations for partners, for the management board, and the board of directors) What you bring * Completed studies in business administration (FH, university or comparable training) * Interest in legal issues regarding public procurement law and regulatory frameworks * Several years of experience in the establishment and operation of sophisticated management reporting with Power BI or comparable business intelligence solutions * Very good knowledge of Power BI as well as in data analysis and data visualization * Good knowledge in the analysis and optimization of business processes * Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and a good understanding of business management contexts * Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working * Strong communication and presentation skills as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders * Experience in tendering or submission processes is an advantage * Proficient German, French language skills are an advantage What awaits you * Versatile and challenging job - with us you can move a lot * Modern workplaces and 1/3 of working time in the home office * Top location in Zürich * Flexible working hours and at least five weeks of vacation as well as the possibility of purchasing two additional weeks of vacation * Very good social benefits, provisions are made for you * Free tickets to various events [Discover all Fringe Benefits](< >) Interested?
