Your Task ##

• Processing of faults and inquiries as well as supporting users with IT problems
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software: Provision and maintenance of IT equipment for workstations and training sessions
• User administration: Management of user accounts, access rights and ensuring data security
• Training for end users: Conducting training sessions and creating user manuals for employees
• Monitoring and maintenance of the IT infrastructure: Monitoring and ensuring system availability, including regular backups
• Participation in IT projects: Support during the introduction of new systems and software solutions as well as process optimizations in the Service Desk

Your Profile ##

• Training in computer science or a comparable qualification in the IT field
• Experience in IT support or Service Desk, ideally in 1st and 2nd level support
• Sound knowledge of Windows and Office applications as well as basic knowledge of network protocols
• Analytical thinking skills and ability to solve complex IT problems
• Strong communication skills and customer orientation: Friendly and helpful appearance when dealing with internal and external customers
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
