What you contribute:

• Autonomous management of a portfolio of commercial buildings
• Ensure the administrative, technical, and financial follow-up of properties
• Be the main interlocutor for tenants, owners, tradespeople, and authorities
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor maintenance, renovation, and repair work
• Establish budgets, control costs, and guarantee the profitability of buildings
• Carry out property inspections, visits, and lease-related negotiations
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements

What you bring:

• Basic technical training, Federal Diploma, ES, HES or equivalent
• Additional training in the Facility Management branch, an asset
• Proven professional experience in a comparable position
• Confirmed leadership; very good negotiation and communication skills at all levels and with interlocutors from all walks of life
• Attraction to both operational and strategic responsibilities
• Service-oriented mindset towards owners, tenants, and clients
• French native speaker with a good understanding of German and English is an asset
