WHAT YOU CAN MOVE ##

• Manage consulting and software development projects: You take charge of the negotiation, planning, implementation, and management of IT consulting and software development projects. This is not about managing the project activity and project employees, but about actively and determinedly developing while driving effectively.
• Take responsibilities: Responsibility for effort calculation and compliance with schedules and budgets is part of your task area.
• Lead project teams: Lead large project teams and ensure an optimal workload for the team.
• Quality and test management: You guarantee compliance with quality standards through the application of effective quality and test management.
• Be the interface: You take care of interface management with clients, which means establishing and maintaining partnership-based client relationships with the aim of high customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
• Client development, sales, and presales: The strategic development of clients as well as the technical and professional support of sales and presales activities are also part of your field of activity.

HOW YOU SUCCEED ##

• Qualification: You have a degree in economics with a specialization in computer science, (business) informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in IT project management and direction: You have already acquired varied experience in project management (multi-projects) and know the business of an IT service company. Furthermore, you have at least 5 years of experience in leading project teams with several employees and the necessary knowledge to motivate employees at all phases of a project.
• Certifications: Ideally, you have recognized certifications in classic and agile project management, in the fields of HERMES, SAFe, Scrum and/or IPMA.
• Experience with early warning systems: You have experience with early warning systems in the field of large software projects and project control.
• Experience in quality and test management: In critical project situations, you demonstrate a solution-oriented and structured approach.
• Extensive experience in quality and test management of software development projects.

Presales experience: You are comfortable with interlocutors at the decision-making level and have profound experience in the field of presales activities.

• Desirable sector knowledge: Experience in public transport (e.g., at transport companies, consulting firms, suppliers, or authorities).
• AI competence: You use AI tools confidently in your field, evaluate results critically, and help clients and adessi to exploit the potential of AI.
• Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English. French is an asset.
• Flexibility: You are ready to travel depending on the projects.
