Job Description Reporting to the Head of Quality, your mission will be to lead the quality teams in charge of continuous improvement, the sustainable resolution of quality issues in production and the securing of new products, from development to their market launch, in an approach of requirement and excellence. In this framework, you will be in charge of: * Supervising and developing a multidisciplinary team of 6 employees * Deploying the operational excellence strategy by relying on Lean Management principles and the Kaizen culture of continuous improvement * Leading operational excellence projects * Identifying process improvement areas * Leading activities related to the quality securing of new products from development until the 1st year of life on the markets * Supervising the treatment of internal and external non-conformities via rigorous and structured quality problem management approaches Qualifications * You hold a higher degree in the field of quality, engineering or equivalent and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position * You demonstrate expertise in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) and are ideally certified green belt * You possess solid knowledge in industrial quality and problem-solving tools * You have an in-depth knowledge of watchmaking processes * Possessing a unifying spirit, you demonstrate leadership and appreciate transverse exchanges * You master usual IT tools (ERP, MES, Excel, Power BI, project management) Additional Information We look forward to receiving your application file which we will process as soon as possible.
