Microsoft Power Platform Engineer 60-100%

Your Role
As a Microsoft Power Platform Engineer, you expand our ERP ecosystem around Business Central with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You connect Business Central with other systems, automate business processes, and build solutions that make daily work easier for our customers and ourselves. Your main tasks as a Power Platform Engineer include:

• You support the further development of our internal tools (D365 Sales and Hubdrive HR)
• You design and develop Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) for customers and internal applications
• You automate business processes with Power Automate and link them with Business Central and Dataverse
• You build Power BI reports and dashboards for customers and for internal evaluations
• You develop and maintain interfaces between the Power Platform, Business Central, and third-party systems
• You test your solutions and ensure their quality before productive use
• You advise our customers on how to optimally implement their business processes with PowerApps
• In customer projects, you work closely with our consultants and the developer team

Your Role in the Team
Together with the project team, you design automation and app concepts based on customer requirements and are actively involved in the technical implementation. In doing so, you pay attention to clean architecture and the performance of your solutions. As the technical contact person for Power Platform topics, you contribute to project planning, document your solutions cleanly, and ensure a smooth transition into productive operation. Additionally, you further develop our D365 solutions internally in cooperation with the respective department heads (D365 Sales & Hubdrive HR)

What You Bring

• Deep experience in development with Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Knowledge in Dataverse
• Basic knowledge in the integration of systems via APIs and connectors
• Enjoyment of new technologies and willingness for continuous further education
• Independent, structured way of working and high solution orientation
• Very good German and English skills
