System Process Specialist SAP EWM & MM (m/f/d)

Job description:

• First-level support for SAP EWM, SAP MM with a focus on spare parts management as well as adjacent systems
• Analysis and resolution of disturbances in SAP S/4HANA, EWM and connected warehouse technologies
• Support of users on-site and partially remote
• Central contact person for IT-related concerns from warehousing, materials management and spare parts logistics
• Structured recording, processing and tracking of incidents
• Escalation of complex issues to the second-level support and global IT teams
• Support in root cause analysis and sustainable resolution of recurring disturbances
• Accompanying process improvements considering relevant system and process dependencies
• Description, coordination and testing of system-relevant changes
• Creation of technical documentation as well as support for user training
• Cooperation with areas such as intralogistics, warehouse, spare parts management and maintenance

About the customer:

In this function, you ensure the stable operation of business-critical warehouse and spare parts processes. You support key users and end users, analyze system disturbances and form the central interface between the operational specialist departments and international IT and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Completed degree in business informatics or a completed logistical or commercial training with high IT affinity
• At least three years of experience in support of SAP logistics solutions
• Sound knowledge in SAP EWM and SAP MM, ideally with reference to spare parts management
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as well as experience with SAP R/3 or ECC
• Very good understanding of intralogistics, warehouse management, goods receipt, goods issue, material flow and inventory processes
• Experience in incident and change management, ideally with ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM system
• Strong skills in error analysis, troubleshooting and sustainable problem solving
• Experience with mobile data capture devices, scanners or interfaces to warehouse automation is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, customer-oriented and agile way of working
• Ability to act calmly and solution-oriented even during time-critical disturbances in ongoing warehouse operations

Advantageous:

• Experience in the pharma, healthcare or diagnostics industry
• Knowledge of a regulated GxP or GMP environment
• Experience with SAP EAM or PM and the interfaces between spare parts supply and maintenance
• Experience in conducting system tests and user training
