For an innovative company in the engineering and technology sector, we are looking for a committed individual as an Accountant. In this versatile role, you will take responsibility for accounting, contribute to optimization projects, and actively help shape the further development of financial processes.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for general and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and IFRS
• Participation in group financial statements and consolidation
• Analysis and reconciliation of complex balance sheet and profit and loss items
• Active participation in the further development, digitalization, and automation of financial processes
• Contact person for internal specialist departments as well as external auditing bodies

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training with further training in finance and accounting (at the level of Federal Diploma of Higher Education or Bachelor)
• At least 3 years of experience in financial accounting
• Proficiency in closing according to OR (/IFRS)
• Good to very good Excel skills as well as experience with ERP systems (Abacus or SAP)
• Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing
• Team-oriented personality
