Tasks ##

• Establish telephone and written contact with clients.
• Examine and process incoming insurance requests.
• Advise on bilateral agreements and manage contract modifications.

Skills ##

• Commercial training with experience in health insurance desired.
• Excellent communication in German and French, other languages a plus.
• High customer service and ability to work independently.

What you accomplish:

• Telephone and written contact with clients and other stakeholders
• Verification and processing of incoming insurance requests
• Advising and guaranteeing bilateral agreements
• Implementation of contract modifications
• Issuing insurance certificates and processing incoming correspondence
