Senior Project Manager Work Environment / Construction Monitoring FM Suisse romande

Do you want to design modern work environments while successfully transitioning construction and transformation projects into operations from a Facility Management perspective? In this role with varied tasks, you combine workstation management, project management, and Facility Management, thereby actively participating in the design of tomorrow's work environment.

Make a difference

• You lead demanding projects in the areas of work environment and workstation management, from design to implementation, and you develop modern concepts for work environments and surfaces.
• As a partial Project Manager Operations, you ensure that operational requirements are taken into account early enough and that handover and commissioning are professionally prepared for construction and transformation projects.
• You develop concepts for surface management and operations and you coordinate internal specialist units, operator organizations, user representatives, as well as internal and external partners.
• With foresight, you manage deadlines, costs, quality, and risks and you create clear decision bases, even in complex project environments.
• You actively organize collaboration between the teams in Suisse romande and German-speaking Switzerland, and you ensure efficient exchange across linguistic and organizational boundaries.
• You reconcile different viewpoints and interests, and you ensure that projects progress as contractually agreed and with a solution orientation.

What you bring

• You have several years of experience in the management of workstation, construction / transformation, or Facility Management projects.
• Thanks to your excellent knowledge of French and German, you communicate skillfully with stakeholders from both linguistic regions and you move with ease in bilingual project structures.
• You hold a higher education degree (e.g., university/HES) and you are accustomed to working in a structured and conceptual manner.
• Thanks to your acute sense of responsibility and your pragmatic orientation towards implementation, you advance topics autonomously and bring them to a successful conclusion.
• You are able to actively moderate different interests and perspectives, to question existing approaches and to transform them into viable and practically applicable solutions.

You work flexibly at one of our hubs (Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Lausanne) as well as via teleworking. The position requires a willingness to travel in Suisse romande as well as regular travel to the sites in Berne and Olten.
