Your Role ##

• You ensure the secure, stable, and high-performance operation of our customers' Abacus systems
• The installation, configuration, and support of the system landscape are within your area of responsibility
• You plan and implement release changes, updates, and extensions from preparation to successful commissioning
• With the implementation of patches, hotfixes, and security updates as well as comprehensive testing, you ensure smooth operation
• As a competent contact person, you advise our customers on performance, security, and the further development of their Abacus environment and work closely with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile ##

• Completed IT training (EFZ, HF, FH, or comparable)
• Practical experience in the operation of Windows server environments
• Very good knowledge of Active Directory, network, and virtualization
• Experience with Abacus or comparable ERP solutions
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented personality
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing required (level C2)
