Do you want to actively shape the cooperation with airlines and are you well-versed in airport operations? In this versatile role, you are the central contact person for the Airline Station Managers and the Airline Operators Committee at Flughafen Zürich.

Your job destination ##

• You support the Airline Station Managers as well as the AOC in operational matters and are their central contact person at Flughafen Zürich
• You coordinate concerns and ensure a reliable exchange of information between airlines, service providers, and internal departments
• You represent the interests of Flughafen Zürich towards airlines and partners and continuously develop the cooperation
• For the start-up of new airlines, you take over the coordination and accompany the participants during the introduction
• You carefully prepare meetings and events, organize their implementation, and ensure the follow-up work
• Versatile staff tasks for Passenger Operations, such as participation in communication measures, projects, and events, complement your area of responsibility
• You lead and promote the staff members reporting to you according to the principles and values of our company

Your skills in your luggage ##

• Several years of experience in dealing with the operational processes of airlines and ground handlers
• Very good knowledge of airport operations and aviation
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Networked, forward-looking, and entrepreneurial way of thinking
• Communication strength, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of contact with different stakeholders
• Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form
