For our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist (m/f) with very good German and French skills who will take on a central role in customer support.

Our client is an established Swiss wholesaler with over 60 years of experience and around 150 employees. With an assortment of over 10-000 stocked products in the field of electrical and electronics, the company supplies customers nationally and internationally.

Your Task ##

• Telephone and written customer support in German and French
• Complete order processing from A-Z
• You take responsibility for customer development and are responsible for customer growth
• General administrative tasks
• Complaint management

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in Inside Sales and customer support in German/French
• Sound German skills and very good French skills in W&S mandatory
• High level of personal responsibility as well as an independent and precise way of working
• Technical understanding
