As part of our development in German-speaking Switzerland, we are strengthening our IT presence at the Berne and Zurich sites. Reporting to our IT Operations team based in Paudex, you are the reference point of contact for nearly 100 employees. Regularly present at these two sites, you accompany them daily and autonomously ensure local IT support as Coordinator IT and Technical Lead (m/f) Your missions * Be the IT referent for employees at the Berne and Zurich sites, ensure technical support and coordinate requests requiring the intervention of the IT team at the headquarters in Paudex * Ensure the management and proper functioning of the hardware park, network equipment and Wi-Fi connections * Manage external domains and provide occasional IT support to clients * Provide technical support for the organization of webinars and the use of the recording studio * Accompany new employees in their IT integration, from the preparation of equipment to awareness of cybersecurity best practices * Ensure the update of technical documentation and write user guides in German * Contribute to hardware and software deployments (roll-outs) and to the planned maintenance of the IT park * Be the link for the business units for their applications, collect and qualify evolution needs, accompany users in their usage and ensure the link with the Paudex teams to guarantee their handling Your profile * CFC in computer science, diploma from a higher vocational school (ES), HES Bachelor in Computer Science or training deemed equivalent * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field or in a similar function, with confirmed autonomy in the field, ideally in a multilingual context * Experience in a transversal and versatile IT environment (SME, decentralized site or autonomous subsidiary), or participation in IT merger or integration projects, constitutes an asset * Excellent mastery of German (C1-C2), very good knowledge of English or French (B2-C1).
