At Nomasis, you work on demanding mobile security projects for well-known companies throughout Switzerland. You advise our customers, develop technical solutions, and accompany projects from conception to successful implementation. In doing so, you work with a lot of personal responsibility and an experienced team in the background using modern technologies around Mobile Device Management, Mobile Security, Zero Touch, App Management, and Cyber Security. Mobile Security Engineer (w/m/d) (80 -- 100%) What awaits you As a Mobile Security Engineer, you are the technical contact person for our customers and move where mobile, infrastructure, and security come together. * Conception and implementation of modern mobile security and mobility infrastructures * Planning and accompaniment of migrations, integrations, and demanding technical changes * Analysis of complex error patterns, including logs, policies, dependencies, and interfaces * Advising on Mobile Security, MDM, Zero Touch, App Management, and adjacent security topics * Development of technical solution concepts for complex customer environments * Independent planning and implementation of your customer projects * Technical workshops, troubleshooting, and knowledge transfer at our customers * Evaluation of new technologies, features, and solution approaches * Active further development of our services and technical standards What you bring with you You do not have to know every technology already. More important is that you want to understand how things work and why they sometimes do not work. Ideally, you have: * Technical IT education and/or further training * Several years of experience in IT projects, engineering, or system operation * Interest in IT, mobile, and cyber security and beyond your own area of responsibility * Joy in understanding technical contexts, systematically narrowing down errors, and trying out solutions * Good understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, identity, and security * Experience with MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune or Ivanti is an advantage; knowledge in MTD, SOC, or adjacent security technologies is a plus * Curiosity about new technologies and the willingness to continuously familiarize yourself with new topics * Joy in exchanging with other technical specialists as well as direct customer contact * Very good German and English skills Above all, we are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm for our customers in various industries, likes to develop themselves, and brings ideas and elaborates them both internally and externally.
