In Real Estate Portfolio Management, we manage various portfolios with directly held Swiss real estate. In a team of seven proven specialists, you will take on responsibility early and work closely with internal and external partners. You will contribute to the sustainable and high-yield further development of a real estate mandate.

Your tasks

• Supporting Real Estate Portfolio Management in the supervision and management of a real estate mandate
• Preparing data and information for the assessment of property norm strategies as well as for mandate management (repairs, rents, yields, etc.) and maintaining relevant information in the central MIS
• Taking over general organizational and administrative tasks in Portfolio Management
• Leading (sub-)projects in cooperation with property management (e.g., audit, budget planning/monitoring, rent structuring) and further developing various procedural topics
• Carrying (sub-)project responsibility in cooperation with external partners (e.g., construction projects, valuations, lettings)

Your profile

• Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in the real estate sector, in economics, law, or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the real estate industry
• Very good user knowledge of Office 365 programs, especially Excel; experience with Immopac is a plus
• Strong service orientation, reliability, and a pragmatic, hands-on way of working
• Enjoying the independent coordination of different topics and accompanying solutions through to implementation
• High interest and affinity for real estate economics, financial and capital markets, as well as ESG/sustainability in the real estate sector
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
