Join a welcoming, human, and creative team today! ### For our Geneva agency, we are looking for a: Real Estate Technical Manager ------------------------------- Your missions: Supported by your assistant, you ensure the optimal technical maintenance and the enhancement of the buildings/properties under management, in the interest of owners and for the comfort of tenants. To do this, you ensure the following missions: * Ensure good communication with your assistant, the distribution of the workload, the quality of work, and respect for deadlines, * Perform preliminary, move-in, and move-out inspections, and transmit the information relating to these inspections to the assistants for the establishment of work orders, * Be the contact person for concierges, establish their specifications and the technical reports of the buildings, * Manage the tenant relationship for technical problems and written complaints, * Perform routine maintenance work and monitor invoicing, * Manage claims and maintenance contracts, * Establish building budgets, * Perform renovation work for apartments and buildings, * Bring properties into compliance according to the evolution of legislation. Your profile: * You can justify successful experience in a real estate agency in Switzerland of at least 5 years and have a good knowledge of building technology or maintenance, * You hold a CFC or a commercial Maturité or training in building technology and have completed additional training in real estate (Immobase / Immotechnique), * You know how to manage the monitoring of work and claims, * Benefiting from an excellent presentation, you are organized and you enjoy contact with clients and companies, * You are comfortable with IT tools (Word, Excel) and have already worked with the Quorum software, * You express yourself perfectly in French and have good knowledge of English, * You show initiative and demonstrate very good organization.
