Job Description As Domain Lead IT Corporate Solutions, you report to the Head of IT Corporate Solutions. This position is part of the replacement of an employee who has evolved internally, within a team composed of 3 internal people. Your main mission will be to guarantee the performance, availability, and evolution of the IT Finance & Purchasing solutions, by ensuring their alignment with the global information system strategy. In this context, you will be responsible for: * Supervising the design, deployment, and evolution of application solutions in the Finance & Purchasing domain * Guaranteeing the quality, consistency, and performance of systems and data in compliance with regulatory requirements * Organizing and prioritizing team activities based on business challenges, technical constraints, and available resources * Participating in the definition and monitoring of the roadmap by ensuring alignment with the IT strategy and operational objectives * Implementing and improving governance processes, deliverable validation, and risk management * Establishing and monitoring the annual budget, analyzing variances, and implementing necessary corrective actions * Supervising domain projects by guaranteeing compliance with costs, deadlines, and quality, and ensuring regular communication with stakeholders * Leading and developing the team by defining objectives, promoting collaboration, and ensuring compliance with HR policies * Ensuring the monitoring of performance indicators and SLAs to guarantee the availability and performance of information systems * Preparing and supervising the smooth running of annual financial audits for the applications covered by Corporate Solutions Qualifications * You hold a higher education degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent * You have at least 7 years of experience in managing IT Finance & Purchasing solutions and in complex environments * You master ITSM processes (incident, change, and problem management) and IT governance tools * You have solid experience in team management and multi-stakeholder project steering * You possess technical skills in Finance & Purchasing ERPs and integrated systems * You demonstrate skills in communication, leadership, organization, and priority management * You speak French fluently and have a good level of professional English * Ideally, you hold ITIL or PMP certifications and have a good knowledge of compliance and security standards Additional Information What we offer: * Coverage of health insurance (basic and supplementary) * 5 annual weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks between Christmas and New Year thanks to the daily accumulation of additional minutes * A contribution to your sporting or cultural activities * The possibility, depending on the role, to work remotely * A company restaurant * An advantageous LPP Additional Information Do you wish to express your expertise within Audemars Piguet?
