To strengthen our Communication team at our headquarters in Zürich, we are looking for, for 1 December 2026 or by agreement, a ### Political and Media Project Manager (80%) In this role, you will contribute to steering the political affairs, communication, and media relations of Pro Infirmis, and you will be a spokesperson for the organization, particularly for Suisse romande. The place of work can be the headquarters in Zurich or a Pro Infirmis consultation center in Suisse romande. You will work in close collaboration with the Communication and Political team at the headquarters and in coordination with the regional managers. Your missions Politics: * Take charge of specific socio-political themes within the Politics and Media team, notably the development and implementation of positions, demands, and lobbying activities * Steer political projects and the related communication actions * Write political content (narratives, key messages, positions, background information, newsletters, etc.) and prepare political news files * Represent Pro Infirmis in political bodies and partner networks Media: * Represent Pro Infirmis in the media as a spokesperson * Implement and evolve the media strategy, in consistency with the department strategy * Write and coordinate press releases and actively maintain relationships with journalists * Coordinate media requests, prepare and accompany public speaking engagements * Plan and design political communication and media work within the framework of projects or campaigns * Ensure media monitoring and issue management in order to identify relevant political and societal themes in advance Your profile * Degree from a higher education institution or equivalent training in the field of politics, communication, marketing, or media * Several years of experience in the field of politics and media relations * Experience in project management * Mastery of digital channels as well as print and online formats * Experience in the planning, prioritization, and steering of several projects in parallel in a dynamic environment * Excellent writing and oral skills in French and German, Italian is an asset * Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset * Great sense of organization and ability to maintain an overview of complex projects * Team spirit and pleasure in collaborating with various internal and external partners We offer you * An exciting and meaningful activity within a committed and motivated team * Real leeway to get involved, take initiatives, and develop * A workplace in Suisse romande or in Zurich, in the Seefeld district * The possibility of teleworking * Attractive employment conditions and good social benefits Do new ideas stimulate you, are you a unifying personality and do you like working in an interdisciplinary team?
