What can I achieve?
In 2026, we will be looking after too many great projects - your start will therefore be as exciting as it is steep: getting to know our team and the most important processes (conception, estimation, development), reading yourself into the requirements of a specific project - and bringing it to the ground, closely accompanied by us.

Soon, you will be the primary contact person and the face of Helga towards selected customers. This also makes you their advocate: primarily, you fight for their interests. But you also tell them when something is unrealistic, oversized, or under-ambitious.

You know your customers' projects by heart: when they call, you can also provide information on technical topics; this also relieves our developers.

Customers have wishes - you receive them, define solutions together with the team, explain costs to customers, show alternatives, make statements - and give everything so that these come true.

Who the Hell is Helga?
We get up in the morning to make the world a tiny bit more user-friendly, efficient, and thus better on that day. To have learned something by the evening and to have spent a good time together.

We do this as a (soon with you, a 12-member) Bern-based digital agency by developing solutions that challenge us, always anew, with the highest demands on technology and design.

Who are you looking for?
Briefly: With your organizational and communication talent, you successfully bring complex web projects across the finish line and make our customers happy in the long term.

A bit more precisely: Together with our team of Project Managers, you keep our numerous projects under control.

Specifically: You-

• develop offers together with the team,
• plan your projects in terms of time and coordinate them with the other project managers,
• perform project controlling,
• ensure that our processes are adhered to and that the various teams (developers, conception, design) are coordinated with each other,
• communicate updates transparently and purposefully internally and externally,
• bring the right people together during the ongoing project to discuss problems and solutions together and move our projects forward,
• help test our solutions before they go to customers and
• support our customers with questions or concerns.

What do you expect from me?
Quite honestly: Just the union of two contradictions. You are enthusiastic, a people person - and at the same time structured.

Technical background
Even though we are an incredibly human digital agency: we burn for digital solutions. Technologies lie behind them. Servers, markup, databases, content management systems - that means something to you, you feel at home there. And if not, you don't let up until you do.

Enthusiasm
You love what digital solutions can achieve. You want to learn quickly from daily changing challenges. You are ambitious and thrive on high-set goals.

People
You can deal with people, inspire them, and hit the right tone even in delicate situations. You know that a good team also means work and feel co-responsible for it.
