What you move with us

• You independently process complex customer and fiduciary inquiries in the area of accounting and reconciliation. You communicate confidently at eye level with customers and fiduciaries – appropriate to the target group and solution-oriented.
• SPOC (Single Point of Contact): As the voice of our customers, you shape product development: You prepare feedback based on data and, together with product management, control the further development of the software in your area.
• Together with the Product Owner, you master release and incident management, you test new functions and ensure that communication is ensured both internally and externally.
• You reproduce errors and record them for our development department. You control customer information and communicate updates as well as workarounds precisely.
• You deliver meaningful reporting and use your analyses to actively optimize processes.
• You empower your support colleagues through regular training sessions regarding your area. You design a first-class Helpcenter with texts, videos, and graphics for maximum customer self-service.
• You are also co-responsible for other modules and ensure the deputy for the SPOC. You participate in meetings in their absence and resolve customer inquiries in this module.

Your backpack for this position

• You have completed vocational training in the commercial field and ideally bring 3–4 years of professional experience in support and / or financial accounting.
• Your strength lies in the analysis of complex issues and the development of pragmatic solutions.
• You are a communication talent and can explain technical topics understandably and clearly.
• A structured and independent way of working characterizes you, while at the same time you value teamwork.
• Experience in financial accounting and administrative activities, especially in the context of SME processes, is a plus.
• Your language skills are excellent: You master German at native level and have very good English skills. Any further foreign language is a plus.
