As Account Manager Energy Data, you support our customers in the real estate sector with transparent reporting of energy key figures for sustainability reports or benchmarks. Through a quality-assured service process and close customer care, we work together to ensure high-quality data bases.

You enjoy dealing with large amounts of data, recognize anomalies and connections, and contribute with your strong data flair an important contribution to the sustainable development of real estate portfolios.

Your main tasks

• Analysis and plausibility check of energy and consumption data as well as recognizing anomalies and improvement potential
• Responsibility for the preparation, quality assurance and delivery of energy data to customers
• Derivation and coordination of measures to improve data coverage and quality
• Leading regular customer meetings as well as coordination of the agreed measures
• Close coordination with internal operational teams (recording, quality assurance, IT, Account Manager)
• Acquisition of new customers
• Competent support and further development of customer relationships

What we expect from you

• Technical understanding and interest in the energy industry
• Professional experience in the area of energy, real estate or sustainability
• Enjoyment of the analysis and interpretation of data
• Strong customer orientation
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact as well as a confident and communicative appearance
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Completed technical or business administration basic training HF/FH is an advantage
• High motivation to make a difference and to shape things in a fast-growing area
