These are your tasks ##

• You collect, analyze and describe needs and requirements and create a clear understanding of the product to be developed
• You check the requirements for completeness and feasibility and maintain the requirements documentation
• You support the Product Owner, the architects and Product Managers in developing and prioritizing features and user stories
• As a link between the stakeholders and the development teams, you ensure clear communication and ensure that all parties involved are on the same page
• In collaboration with the other Requirements Engineers and your team, you actively improve the quality of Requirements Engineering and the products to be developed

This is what you bring ##

• Completed business informatics or informatics training
• Several years of experience in business analysis (process modeling, requirements engineering), UX knowledge and use of Gen-AI tools an advantage
• Strong team and communication skills as well as enjoyment in coaching others and sharing knowledge
• Organizational skills and an agile mindset
• Good German and English skills
